Shaped by the Atlantic.
Grounded in the dunes.

Access
A boardwalk, then the Atlantic
No road to cross, no path to find — the deck steps straight onto a private wooden walkway that ends at the sand. Six bedrooms back from the dunes, the sea is close enough to hear from every one of them.

About
A house built for the view
Vaulted timber ceilings and glass on both sides of the living room, so the Atlantic is visible from almost every room whether the doors are open or not. Built as a family house first, it still reads like one — big shared spaces, a pool table and bar for the nights that run long, and enough bedrooms that no one is sleeping on a couch.
